This document is an official training course on high-pressure electrical systems designed for the SanySRT100S series of pure electric ore self-loaders. The vehicle was used in a grouping of 3P192S, with 176kWh, 618V lithium phosphorus-powered batteries. The vehicles were equipped with two 300kW (peak 400kW) constant magnetic synchronous generators, as well as three serially driven power generators (one station at 250kW, peak at 400kW, total system peak power of 1200kW), matching the generator controller (GCU 850A) with the electric controller (MCU, 1120A) using the two IGBT modules. The manual covers high-voltage safety protocols, BMS management systems for power batteries, structural principles for generators and drivers, parameter identification, failure code queries (e.g. BMS-001 to BMS-078), insulation detection, contact logic and complete dismantling and installation safety processes. This information applies to mine equipment maintenance engineers, fleet management and post-sale technicians for failure diagnosis and high pressure system maintenance
